To honor Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, I created a series of visually engaging posters that celebrated the vibrant cultures, histories, and contributions of the AAPI community. This project involved extensive research into the cultural significance of colors and imagery to ensure authenticity and respect in the design.

Typography and layout were strategically chosen to balance readability with artistic flair, allowing the posters to serve as both educational tools and visual celebrations. By carefully integrating cultural motifs and themes, these designs aimed to spark curiosity and foster a sense of community within the university.

This project was part of a larger initiative where I designed monthly posters for the Student Engagement Office, each spotlighting important observances like women’s rights, Black history, breast cancer awareness, and more. The AAPI Heritage Month posters exemplify my ability to use thoughtful design to connect with diverse audiences and bring attention to meaningful causes.
